BUSINESS OVERVIEW

With LeafGuard Gutters by Seattle; say goodbye to gutter problems and hello to LeafGuard doing it right for over 60 years! The Englert Leafguard Gutter System works on the scientific principle of liquid adhesion. The gutter's patented, curved design allows rain water to travel down, around, and into the gutters trough while deflecting leaves and debris. LeafGuard gutters are guaranteed not to clog for as long as you own your home. Which means say goodbye to the dangerous, disgusting job of climbing ladders to clean out your gutters, or the expense of hiring somebody else to do it. With your gutters running free and clear, you needn't worry about water damage to your home. LeafGuard Gutters are custom fit, attractively designed, durable and are even made in a variety of colors. LeafGuard gutters are a lifetime solution for gutter problems. You can count on quality, dependable, professional service for all of your gutter needs. We are very pleased with our Leafguard gutters. We needed to have one of our gutters unblocked earlier this year and Leafguard was very prompt at taking of the problem.

Only one professional showed up or even bothered to call and that was LeafGurad, unfortunately he was not able to fix the problem. I just need someone to reinstall a existing gutter that was ripped off the house during the wind storm.

Comment: Currently, I have black foam inserts in my gutters to keep them from clogging with leaves and maple spinners from a large maple tree. Recently, I had to go up on the garage roof to blow down maple spinners from the gutters and from the drainage valley that exists between the garage and the front porch area of the roof. The maple spinners tends to collect on top of the foam inserts and in the drainage valley. Some of the foam inserts have been severely depressed from the weight of the maple spinners. I would like to have the foam inserts removed and have covers over the gutters to deflect the maple spinners from entering the gutters. I am a military retiree. I also have one window on the second floor of the south side of the house that needs some caulking most likely near the top edges of the window. I get some water leakage on certain occasions when wind and rain conditions allow it to happen. I can't reach the top of that window with my 16' articulating ladder.
