Comment: Building site is rural however there is power available. Already built shop however at this point existing contractor did not finish agreed upon work and has failed to respond to communication attempts. Trench has been excavated for water and power and septic; drain field perc holes are in place. Well is in place and tested but has not been tapped. Additional work is requested for shop to extend building, as well as concrete work; intent is to have 400 amp service to shop with feed for future house. Expectation is to install water feed, septic and drain field with future drainage from home site to septic. Would like to complete this work before designing home although we have a good general idea of home placement. Completion of this preliminary work will also facilitate later construction by providing power and water.
