Pan Am roofing had nothing to do with my repair other than 'sub' out the work to another guy at KODIAK roofing IE Tim Wilkenson. SHAME ON THEM! Problems: 1. Didn't show up to follow up with unfinished work/business when he said he would; kept me waiting and I had to call him - he did not call me. It was important for me to know when he was coming because of my dogs. 2. Not local so inconvenient for him to come by and FINISH the job that got started. 3. The installation did not FIX the problem which was water draining by the foundation in one spot and into holes in the driveway in another spot. In fact, because the appliances were cut short - they drained in the worst spot and created MORE of an issue. I was furious because the workmanship was NOT Fixed before the big rain we had even though I called and reported the short appliances. EXCUSE was...I work three days out...couldn't get to it!! That's the problem with hiring NON LOCALS. You should not start a job, leave it unfinished and schedule other jobs as a priority. 4. Pieces of the aluminum trimmed off were left in the yard! My pets could have stepped on the rough edges or eaten it! Terrible workmanship! The problems were fixed today but I am not happy with the hassle factor and all the calls I had to make with getting this job done. Who do I send the bill to? Pan AM?

They worked closely with me, and did exactly what they said they would do. I like the job they did, except for one little repair they were supposed to have done to replace a rotten board on my back patio cover. They didn't do it quite to my satisfaction, but Jesse Andrade gave me his word that he'd come back out and do the job correctly at no additional cost. I had them note this on the invoice so that it would be on record. The roofing job was done very nicely and professionally.

Even though the job was not completed as expected(we had some rain), the job was completed in one day.We left for work one morning at 6 and when we returned home that afternoon around 5, the job was done, the workers had cleaned up and were already gone. They did a tremendous job on the roof. I would recommend them highly.

Comment: Would like to install gutters along ~30.5' side of 1 story house. If budget permits would like to look at other side of house as well (33.5' and 13'). Some of fascia wood may need repair, but mostly should be okay. It's an old house, I want to protect my foundation. Want to use whatever material is cheapest and most durable (I figure PVC or Aluminum)
