Comment: The damage is from a side by side refrigerator with front door dispenser. The water hose was never connected to a water line so therefore the water hose slowly leaked on sub floor. Promises were made to get it hooked up but I became a widow soon after and it didn't happen so it's been years this has been happening. I would put trays under the fridge carriage to keep it off the floor but it still would over flow and leak under the tray. I can't ignore it any longer as my sub flooring finally gave out where the leak was. About a 12" hole in diameter with some of it (2") reaching underneath my kitchen cabinet beside the fridge and part of my wood divide base between the fridge and the cabinet. I can see down into my crawl space so it's hard to reach underneath because I also see my furnace duct pipe, wiring, and floor joist directly under where the hole is. Not much money to give as I'm now low income but I do work. HELP!
