Fabricio was absolutely amazing through the process. He gave an initial estimate and then after seeing the space completely stuck to it rather than upselling. On the job day he noticed some additional problems (floor wasnâ t level, different t transition piece needed, etc.) and fixed all issues without charging me an extra penny. He was on time, clean, and polite. Truly excellent. Iâ ll definitely be hiring him again and referring him to anyone else who needs flooring!

Fabrizio and his crew were awesome. They were came right away to give an estimate. They explained exactly the process. Fabrizio got us scheduled right away. Communicated with us through the process of picking the right flooring. These guys clearly know what they are doing. They came in and got right to work, did a fabulous job especially with the challenges our floors had. They leveled our floor while diligently working through moving furniture around, and getting this job done in 2 short days!! The crew was excellent about cleaning up and being respectful in our house with our cat and daughter in and out. I would definitely use quality design floors for any other homes we remodel and would recommend them for someone looking for fast quality work at a very reasonable price. Best price for this quality of work in such efficient timing!

my experience and observation was a crew that exhibited much attention to detail and well was very problem solving oriented. They were given a challenging repair job and exceeded expectations. very professional and repair work fees were more than reasonable.
