very professional, clean process not on time due to mechanical issues but worked around my time to meet my needs layed tarps to protect inside and cleaned up after themselves when done, never knowing they were there

Their contractor Wes was an awesome guy to deal with. Very efficient, on time, and matter of fact about my job. We are very pleased with the job and would hire and/or recommend them to anyone. Our job was insulating our attic space and sealing some problem areas around vents. He kept me updated as the job progressed & informed me of other possible issues we should keep an eye on for the future. Thanks for a job well done.

they were unresponsive and too busy to handle my project. The call center in columbus Ohio was out of touch with people on the ground in Illinois I wouldnt call them ever again

Bottom line, they were the cheapest company to provide spray fiberglass insulation. About half the price of the next cheapest competitor. My only gripe is it took almost a week for them to come to my house for an estimate after I submitted my Service Magic request. However I am glad I waited because they were $800 cheaper than the other company I was going to go with.
