The cost for spray-on was too high. The project was done with fiberglass patts.

They did a phenomenal job. I would rate them 6 out of 5. They had a great quality and didn't deviate from the budget at all. Paul is a great, stand-up guy. The men were very clean, and the owner was on the job every day checking and making sure everything was going well all along the way. I just couldn't say enough good things about them.

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
The ZeroDraft personnel were very professional. They came to my house, provided me with all the information about the service and once we agreed upon the scope off the project they completed the project in a timely manner. I am pleased with the results and would recommend ZeroDraft to family and friends.

The project was a nightmare. I should have been alerted when I was told that trainees were performing some of the installation. First, they applied too much pressure to the insulation material resulting in a blown-out interior wall. It has yet to be repaired. Then, my wife and I discovered that the workerss used nails to secure their plastic sheathing to our month-old roof. Now I need to get my roofing contractor back to repair the holes. All involved denied using nails despite the fact that scraps of plastic were plainly visible around the nails. Our vinyl siding was sloppily replaced.
Response by ZeroDraft of CT: To ensure the performance of the foam it needs to be installed at the correct density and pressure int. walls were old, brittle, cracked and loosely fastened. And the homeowner was informed of this before it happened. Nails left loosely all over the new roof by the roofers were accident's stepped on by our staff. 2 trainees were closely supervised by 3 skilled and fully trained workers all day

Comment: Our home is poorly insulated in our outer walls. We are wanting a contractor to be able to install blown in insulation from the inside of our house since the particular siding we have on our home is not conducive to such work unless the entire siding were to be removed. We understand this can be done with aprox. 3 inch holes in our walls every 16 inches or so with some repair following.
