"The closet doors are finally installed after many months of waiting for help from others. My only problem was that I had never had to use a contractor and was astonished with the rate. I didnt have time to research going rates but assume it was average. However, job well done and am happy with results"

"When they manufactured my first cover they got it wrong, but when I called them about it, they quickly reacted and got me the right one. They were nice about it, no hassles or anything. The work they did turned out excellent. I'd say they do good work; they make a mistake, they fix it. "

"It was GREAT! He refinished the outside woodwork, replaced the deck railing and when the railing finish didn't uphold to the weather he has agreed to refinish it with a different stain. The railing itself is as sturdy as when he installed it, and the other finish is gorgeous. I recommend him 100%."

"AVI gave me an estimate that was $400 less than another estimate for the drywall I needed installed. He got it all done in 1 day, left the room looking spotless, and he even repaired a minor electrical issue my tenant asked him about at no additional charge! Alfredo is professional, got the job done timely, was on time, took pictures throughout the process and sent them to me. I’m very thankful to have found and worked with AVI Fast Solutions and look forward to working with them in the future for cabinetry in my kitchen. Thank you Alfredo!!!"

"Went OK. They did the work and it 'mostly worked' when they were done. I say mostly because the pressure valve was blowing off of the boiler when they were done (This was NOT happening before they had done the work). I had noticed this the day after I had paid. I contacted them and they wanted to replace the expansion tank and charge me $200. I asked - shouldn't this be covered under the initial work of $4600? They said the part wasn't explicitly in the quote. Frankly at this point to replace what really was a $40 part and half hour of time to do a fully finished job (for $4600). For 1. How am I supposed to know (as a customer) what should be on the quote for a fully finished job (pumps, piping, etc? - they are the expert) 2. How am I supposed to know this isnt their fault. (Shouldnt an autofilling expansion tank be connected to the incoming water supply?) Frankly not standing fully behind their work and making sure they do everything to do a good, finished job - left a 'bad' taste in my mouth. In the end I replaced the auto-filling expansion tank with an Extrol expansion tank for $40 and it took me less than an hour. After that it all appears to work."

"Machtemes DBR completed a long punch list of handyman services on my home including soffit construction and gutter repair, heat coil installation for our roof line to address a persistent ice dam issue, porch roof assessment and repair, exterior door installation, finish work including baseboards and trim around windows and doors, and attic insulation. Jon the head contractor showed extensive and wide ra ging knowledge and expertise. His detail work was exceptional. He was able to perform tasks we requested but also was able to troubleshoot problems we didn't know how to solve, suggesting several options for us to consider. The work he did for us has lasted years showing no wear and tear. Would recommend him again."

"work was done ok on time etc. just found spots later that were missed, and windows were not clean due to overspray and lack of clean up. I will take blame for not calling and complaining sooner, but just upset feeling it should have been done right the first time.
