"David called me minutes after I posted my concern on Angi’s list and that was late Saturday night. I wasn’t even expecting a call back. I explained what we were smelling and he offered to come out Sunday or Monday. I chose Sunday since me and my husband could be there. He showed up at the time he said he would be there, even called me to give me an eta. He took his time testing for a gas leak and checked everything throughly and couldn’t find any gas leaks. He went on to check my whole hvac system explaining everything to us. David was honest and fair and said to call him back if anything happens again. He will be our new A/C guy. If anyone I know needs an a/c company I will recommend Dr. Air & Heat Services every time. Thank you David for being so thorough."

"Excellent - installation was professional and fast. A problem arose a week or so after the new system was installed and on-line caused by interfacing new system with old previously condensate drain system. Aire Serv was fantastic. They responded immediately (after hours on a Sunday) and got the system corrected. They also repaired a small amount of damage caused by water backing up in the condensate line - no questions asked. They were the kind of folks you look for and want to have working with you on your A/C - I can't rate them highly enough. We will never use another a/c service company at this location . For reference this was a 2 zone system (3.5 tonne and 2.5 tonne) with new wifi enabled thermostats ( which are WONDERFUL) Now we can adjust temp from the road and have the house just right when we get home."

Alex responded immediately and on time, he was able to diagnose the issue, a faulty capacitor and get our AC back up in a few hrs. "These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"Scheduling was easy b/c the service provider responded in great detail when I contacted via text (other providers either didn’t provide info regarding their company & fees until the next morning or were charging a lot more for the house call to assess the problem. Service provider was prompt, well trained, thorough, wore shoe covers and a mask inside my home, and explained in detail his findings. Not only did he fix the problem with the compressor unit on the outside of my house, he cleared a drain hose that i didn't know was clogged.
