"A1 called me immediately after receiving my request through HomeAdvisor. They were very kind and polite on the phone and were at my house within four hours from the call (within the time frame that they told me they would be there too!) They repaired the garage door and I paid the quoted price even though it took them longer to fix it than expected and they had to call in extra help due to my uncommon garage door. I highly recommend this company!"

"Prolift was the first company to respond to a general online request for estimate for a replacement garage door opener. . Their estimate was very clear and easy to understand. I requested an optional battery backup for the Model 270 opener. Keith said they didnâ t have it in stock but could get it within a few days. He said that they did have the battery backup in stock for the 370 model and offered to discount the price, which I quickly accepted. Prolift technician Nathan installed the opener for us. He was punctual and knew what he was doing. He answered all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Prolift."
