Had one small leak problem under sink in guest bath. Texted at 1:00AM, he came at 10:00AM the same day. He fixed the leak at no cost. We have had no problems since. Now, that's what I call service. "PRIOR TO HIRING, COMPANY SUGGESTED CHECKING CERTAIN ITEMS THAT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY. AFTER CHECKING THEIR SUGGESTIONS IT WAS DETERMINED THAT I HAD TO CHANGE OUT A HOT WATER HEATER. I HAD THEM CHANGE THE UNIT OUT TO A TANKLESS WATER HEATER UNIT. I HAD SEVERAL BIDS AND THEY WERE THE BEST BY $400. THEY DID SAME DAY SERVICE AND I'M HAVING THEM CHANGE OUT A WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE. THIS WAS DONE OVER THE NEW YEARS HOLIDAY. GREAT SERVICE."
