He went over what I needed done (bi-weekly lawn mowing and some possible shrub tending) and assured me that I would be happy with my lawn. He came on the day that he said he would and I was provided with photos of his work as well. Not only that, he told me the date I can expect him next. "Lanigan Enterprises has completed the repair and refinishing of our wooden floors. They did an excellent job. So good that we got them to completely gut a room at another location. They did a beautiful job. I am going to use them whenever I have a renovation job. They don't only do floors but the whole works, anything you want down around the house they will do. They also put up new screens on my sun room, fixed plumbing leaks, replaced a sump pump that was 10' down a well when the house was hit by lightening and the basement flooded. Tom Lanigan is the nicest contractor and his team are really nice too. They respect your property!"
