My only concern was that the technician was rather messy and disorganized with his tools, the lighting parts, and the packing materials. I was concerned he might lose something. He ended up leaving several tools behind on a plant shelf. The lighting was installed properly to my relief."

It works perfectly and is no longer a shock hazard. I tried to give him some extra money but he refused. He was very polite and said just one service charge.
