"Russ Dal Bianco came to my home and provided me with an estimate. He explained everything his crew would be doing in detail. Now I received 3 others estimates from contractors off Angie's List. As was the case with this company, they also had the Superior Service Award distinction. Not only did Dal Bianco Roofing have the best price, but I wasn't charged for some extras the other companies wanted to charge me for. For deteriorated or rotted wood, the other companies were going to charge either a specified amount per foot or per sheet. Russ did not. 2 of the other 3 companies were going to charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Russ did not. Russ also took the initiative to install some new additional vents where needed. The biggest seller for me though was I forgot to tell Russ (prior to him giving me the estimate ) I was an Angie's List member so that I could receive the Angie's List discount. When I later called to inform him of this, he could have very well told me it was already included in the estimated price. He did not. He told me he would take it off when I made the payment. He did. That spoke to his character, and that was all that I needed. The roof looks great. Everything went perfect. The crew was punctual. They cleaned up everything when they finished. I have no complaints at all."

The estimating person Brogan, visited and thoroughly inspected my entire roof. Brogan reviewed his inspection and assisted in showing me the issues he discovered. Kreative Techniques, LLC is a small business i started at the beginning of the year 2018. Im the owner Cody Polsgrove, 25 years of age, Indiana born and raised. "Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

"I submitted note to Steve through Angie's Listing requesting his services.  I added photos since ours seemed to be quite the job.  He called and came out right away to survey what needed to be done. Steve went over the various options so our home would have a quality look when the repairs were completed.  The brick had to be removed and replaced on one side of our garage door.  Also, our other side was buckling due to water on sidewalk, etc.  Steve and his group removed old brick, then replaced with some new and a few old brick for color and continuity.   It was quite the job.  I was also given various ideas to repair other items that needed attention.  The job was completed within the time frame Steve quoted and even below the cost. 

Our home looks beautiful, the brick and grout color accurately matched and brickwork seamless.

Steve and his group was very friendly, professional, and very hard workers.  I was extremely pleased with this company and would certainly call again for their quality service.
