"Great in every way!! Started Dec 19 and worked like Santa's elves. They arrive at 7:30 and work til 5:30 and bring their lunch and drinks. They are organized, diligent and Greg is honest and provides great value ( he was half my first estimate to save my pool from going down the hill!) Mine was a specialized concrete project and the slabs had to be jacked up and 85 bags of concrete had to be put under the slabs to form a retaining wall. Then they built a deck and put together a large gazebo. Everything went so well I hired them to finish off my garage and they did THAT quickly and for a good price. Being GREEK descent, Greg knows how to make atone and concrete and rooms that will LAST. He also fixed some plumbing that another handyman did that didn't work. He is pleasant, amenable to changes . "The foreman gave me verbal consult over the phone. Told me to buy a gallon of paint my husband brought only half. That was problem 1. He told me that I would need a different guy to install faucet so I only needed 2hours of service. And the only time he could make it work for his guys as 8am, because "even though we want to do a good job, we have other jobs to get to" (insinuating that a coupon customer was less important than full paying contract gigs). When two guys come to my door, realize that I don't have enough paint, now have to hand paint the doors, for which I have to now get supplies for at 8am, while dropping my kids off to school by 9. Thanks to good neighbors, they watched my home while the faucet got installed and I got supplies. This was problem 2. Upon faucet installation, guy goes to help paint the door with other painter and Still somehow two men miss several spots on both doors. When we complained, foreman (whom I never saw) scheduled another 8am time to fix it but cancelled due to illness the day off. I never called to reschedule because honestly it will take 5mins to fix it if I put my mind to it. Problem 3, I get hot water in my kitchen faucet only when I turn the knob to the extreme right. This coupon and this concept of general contractor did not work for me for these particular jobs. Next time I will buy specific services for specific needs so as to get expertise and guidance.

"He's worked for us for a number of years. He consistently cleans up and mows a steep slope we have in the back. He's also worked on a few hardscape projects. He's worked on the sprinkler system, put in a stucco retaining wall, installed a paver boundary for the grass. He also does landscape lighting! I honestly don't call anybody else for my landscaping work. He's an versatile problem solver, and overall, does excellent work."
