"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

We do not do new construction, we specialize in full window & patio door replacement by our certified master installers.
"This is the third time we have used Renewal by Anderson. We replaced some windows the first time that did not open and replaced them with sliding windows. The second time they replaced some crank out windows with sliding ones that matched the first ones. The third time they came and replaced our entrance door that didn't work properly with a ensemble entry door with and entry code for security. That's why my title is what it is because every time from the sales visit, to the ordering, to the installation, to the quality of the product, to the follow up, everything has been top notch.
