"We added a new laundry room and second living room to our house (600 SF). Spray foam is a no brainer for new construction or add-ons compared to traditional. Precision Insulation hands down was the best for several reasons: expertise, price, speed, flexibility, services, and local. Brandon, one of the owners, personally came to give the quote and inspect the house. He gets in the attic and does the work himself, so I felt very sure the work would be done write and there would be no surprises (not all could say the same). He answered many question and spent the time to look at options. He explained how he would do it. His price was among the among the lowest, which were only a few dollars apart. When I first contacted him, he called me back within the hour and he was at my house the same day with quote that evening (others took a day or more and one didn’t even come to the house). He scheduled the installation within week. He coordinated well with us prior to arrival and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would and they finished on time, even with having to many breaks as it was probably 130 in the attic—one tough crew. Spray foam is not cheap and we would like to do the rest of the house, eventually. So, he gave me price for the rest of the house that we could do over time as we build up the funds. Others felt our project was too small and we had to the whole house. So, Precision was very flexible, which is important since we are going to do a second addition next year where we will spray foam for sure. They also offer full service insulation, which also includes blow-in and batts in case spray foam is too expensive or perhaps not the best value. He helps you understand what is the best and doesn’t push the most expensive service, but the best value. Lastly, they are a family owned business that is local. As an engineer who does a lot of construction, Precision is an outstanding contractor. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my next remodel."
