"The crew did a great job in removing the existing roof (shingles, underlayment, and damaged plywood), and hauling off the debris. The existing ridge vents and drip edge were also replaced. New Owens Corning shingles were installed. Care was exercised to save existing gutters, soffit and fascia. All work was completed per Florida building codes, and included obtaining and posting permits with the city. Once the job on the roof was completed, the site was magnetically swept for nails. A wind mitigation report was prepared and delivered. The overall job was completed exceptionally well."

"They found the leak which was a leaking valve in the waste (dump) line. They would have come back to replace the valve but I was able to do this myself. It seemed to me that they had the right equipment, methods and expertise to find where the leaking problem was. I knew it was when the pump was running and the lines were pressurized but had no way to locate it.

He also proposed to me what he would do in the house. "So, we'll do some filling and caulking basically in the siding and then for an additional whatever amount, we'll also paint your house." When they came to do the work, there was only one guy. He was barely here for eight hours. He did some prep work on the first day that I wasn't too happy with. Then, he spray painted on the second day and he painted the trim on the third. We had a misunderstanding on whether the price included the material and then the last day he said it didn't. So, I had to purchase the material. I just wasn't very happy. He told me, "I brought one gang with spray paint instead of three guys with paint brushes and it evens out." I just wasn't too willing to fight. They didn't show up the first week and they never showed up in time the second."
