"It had come time to replace my 80 year old garage door.  After reading the reviews for garage door providers on Angie's List, I selected Pacific Garage Doors.  They set a date and time for someone to come look at the job.  The person on the phone (Liz) was extremely courteous and helpful.  Gustavo came out to look at the job, show me my options and give me a firm estimate ($1385).  I contacted Pacific about five days later to accept their estimate and arrange for installation of the door. After checking with the garage door manufacturer, Liz called to set installation for the following Tuesday.  I received a call from Liz on Monday, saying that they had just been contacted by the garage door manufacturer and informed that the door would not be ready for installation until Thursday.  She apologized profusely for the schedule change.  On Thursday, Gustavo and his crew came out to install the door.  It took about 4 hours.  After installation, it was pretty clear that I would need an automatic garage door opener.  Gustavo arranged for installation of the garage door opener ($495), which took place on the following Tuesday.  The three workmen (including Gustavo) worked efficiently installing the door.  Gustavo installed the opener separately  Gustavo made sure that all of my concerns and needs were met.  The installation of both the door and the automatic opener went off without a hitch.  The door continues to work well.
