"I was in the process of building a new home this summer and needed a retaining wall constructed off the french doors on my new walkout basement, plus two paver walkways. One off my new front porch and another off my new back porch deck to my garage. Chris from Elegant Estates worked with me, the county and town code officials, and my general contractor to design the project and I didn't have to worry about any of the details. He explained to me that it was extremely important to do this job right and build the proper foundation and base first for the walls and walkways else I would be replacing them in the short term. I understood that other companies can provide a similar service but not with this added care and attention to detail that without it, would compromise the quality that would be required to meet my expectations. Chris worked with my general contractor to satisfy mutual timelines to make a seamless, on time and on budget installation for me without any of my intervention. Chris and his crew provide turn key installations where you do not need to lift a finger and are left to enjoy the finished top of the line quality work. The obvious quality of a company that works hard and takes pride in pleasing their customer base is a rare find and a valued asset these days. The mulching around the home and the lawn seeding was just icing on the cake for me. If you want the job done right and built to last then Elegant Estates is the company to hire. I would be bold enough to make the statement that if you use anyone else for this type of unique paver and retaining wall design you are running a high risk and should be worried how long it would last before needing replacement and undue expense to remedy problems of poor installation.
