He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. In the end, I was pleased by the repairs. He is also a kind and courteous person. He went above and beyond by blowing leaves out of my garage and deck. He was also friendly to my family and frequently waved at my young child while working on his ladder. I will be using Luan in the future and I am happy to recommend him."

This required indoor and outdoor work. In addition to completing the work, he was very careful about dust and debris. "Our Plumbing and Heating team discovered that our Boiler vents were blocked. Paramount repsonded with priority same day service. They investigated and confirmed the blockage. They also confirmed the chimney terracota liner was disintegrated. Ryan performed the work with his assistant, and Scott was the dispatcher that managed the project from the home office. Both were very easy to work with. We had a new double walled stainless steel liner put in the same day and all the vent pipes cleaned they resused material where they could, and replaced the others. We had the chimney capped as well."
