He checked the roof as well and said if he found anything that needed a roof specialist to look at he would have said. Other home inspection companies told me I would have to hire a separate roof inspector and that they would not even look at the roof. He also gave me his opinion on HVAC mentioning things the HVAC inspector didn't bother to state. I can highly recommend this company."
