They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. "I've used Floodbusters twice in the last two years. The first time they came out and sealed a crack in my utility room to exposed concrete. The job was solid, but the sealant they used looked a bit sloppy. I called and the same week they came out and painted over it. Now it looks good! This was in 2019. This past February 2020 I had them come out again, this time they had to remove drywall to access where the crack was. Two different men came out then the first time. They did a pretty good job. All I need now is for my drywall to be replaced and another successful job will have been done and in the books. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend!"

Mike came out and drafted several options for the walkway, we ended up changing the direction of the walkway and replaced the ugly concrete that was there with a beautiful brick and flagstone path. Also, I had been having issues with people cutting the corner and driving on the lawn-- Mike designed an island with small boulders that will discourage folks from using my lawn instead of the road! It is both effective and beautiful. In addition, for no extra fee, they did many little extras that really made the experience exceed my expectations"
