"Great,a year later i needed a door to be installed,gave them $180 down,had a Balance of about $4,000 to owe,ran in some serious broiler problems,$2,800 worth,couldn't get the door,I called them bout the $180,they said there was no refund,so I was out that money,my Windows cost me $13,000 dollors,it's disappointing they could refund my $180."

"I got derecks card at comfortex. my first 6 shades came in and I attempted to install, but not being handy at all, i called dereck,
he hung my initial 6 then as i mentioned i ordered 7 more shades that he installed."

"They were very reliable, dependable and thorough. Most importantly, they are prompt- they show up when they say they will show up. They clean up after themselves and I think their prices are reasonable as well. They are going to be doing more work for me later this fall as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

Removal and installation of  new roof went fine. The problem is I have cedar shakes on house and some of them came off during demolition of old roof. I called G & A to see if they could come out  and replace them. After two calls they replied and said yes. They would be out in a couple of days. After waiting a week, I called again and left a message. I never heard from them again. I have no problem with their work . Just the lack of response.

Geno  came out on a Sunday and did the repairs on the cedar shakes. He cut, replaced, and painted all missing shakes. I am very pleased and happy. I will definitely be using G&A again in the spring to fix my chimney.
