"The representative who wrote the work proposal was very personable, knowledgable and professional. I based my decision to go with Air Doctorx on his excellent service. The installers were very effective. They spotted a kink in the current freon line where the line enters the house from the heat pump, and they fixed it. If they hadn't spotted that, my new heat pump might have worked as poorly as the old. Many installers would not have been diligent enough to find that problem, or if they did, they may not have gone to the trouble to fix it. A+"
