They were very worn and full of (pet) stains throughout. While the quote from 3M was slightly higher than another quote I got, they were available when I needed them. They also put oak hardwood in the master bedroom and hallway that had been there when built but replaced by previous owners with cheap snap flooring in a hideous color. He will go over with you all of the details of what he is doing and why he is doing it. He will consult with you and include you in all of the decision making. I had a bathroom that was a "rescue" , meaning a different contractor had done very poor work, soaked me for an enormous amount of money and did not complete the work like an expert should. Carl fixed the bathroom so I can use it, installed a new tile floor, and finished off all of the details that the other contractor did not. I wish I had hired Emerald Isle Homes to begin with.
