I had a minor printer issue that really took less than 5 minutes to figure out but days of frustration for me since I didn't know what I was doing. Rick explained the problem, fixed it but felt bad that it only took a few minutes to fix and didn't want to charge the normal fee. So he asked if there was any other computer related concerns and just to hear his expertise was worth every penny. He charged a modest fee.
