"I would highly recommend Droegkamp. I usually shop around for big purchases like this but since it was in the middle a heat wave and the pandemic, Droegkamp was the first company that could come to the house. They were very professional, gave me a few options for a new air conditioner, and filled the freon in my broken air conditioner so that I could have cold air until they could come and replace it. It was a few weeks before they could come and the freon ran out before they were able to replace the air conditioner, so they came and refilled the freon to tide me over. The gentleman who installed my air conditioner worked efficiently and completed the job very neatly. When I called the office on numerous occasions someone always answered. They were always courteous and if they couldn't answer my question, someone always called me back in a timely manner."

After checking my furnace, he found several problems needing work. After he explained my options, including rebates and discounts, I decided a new furnace was a better choice than costly repairs to an older furnace. Two technicians appeared on time the next morning who installed the new more efficient furnace and thermostat. They removed the old ones and cleaned up any debris from the installation. "I spoke with the owner at 2:30 in the afternoon and he was here for an estimate at 5pm. We booked an appointment for a new furnace that day. We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work. No response to these complaints when I contacted the company. Also, no manual except brief installation instructions were provided. No written guarantee although one was promised. "I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees.
