"The work crew arrived on time and set up to begin work in empty unit after I demo'd old windows. They made cut-outs where necessary and installed the new windows, then insulated and caulked and did the trim work inside and out. It took most of the week. My property manager scheduled with the tenants. The tenants all liked the new look and extra light and ventilation! These new windows should improve the insulating factor from the other ones. "They did an OK job installing the tub and shower surround, however I had to take a lot of time making adjustments after the fact (not to shower but to framing). They had issues installing the plumbing and had to keep shutting off the water to fix leaks. The recommended shower was expensive vs other surrounds and not one I would have chosen if I could have seen it first. The did not show up as scheduled to install the valves and do the deck work so I went with another contractor to do that work."
