reeded with the reasonable price. Work was scheduled and the workman showed up promptly. The shower pan was cleaned and coated the first day as it had to dry before the glass enclosure could be installed. Another workman showed up on the scheduled day to install the glass. This went well but the door was the wrong size and had to be reorded. When it came it was installed promptly and the job was satisfactorily. The owner installed the door and made an adjustment in the price for the first door being the wrong size. We were very happy with this company's work and would use them again.

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. "Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Mr. Hoover did a great job.  He was out of town when I initially e-mailed him, but he replied to my e-mail and let me know when he would be back in town.  He contacted me when he returned and set up an appointment for the next week to give an estimate.  He was punctual and professional.  We scheduled the repairs to be done the following Monday (patching) and Tuesday (texture and paint, after previous day's work had dried).  I like that he gives an hour window for his arrival time rather than expecting us to be home all day or even all morning.  He worked with my schedule since I pick up and drop off at two different schools.  Again he was very professional and did a fantastic job!  As a side note, he is also very patient and understanding.  I failed to tell my four year old not to touch in time.  Fortunately, Mr. Hoover had not left yet and was very kind about coming back in to retouch the spot.  When I had our son apologize, Mr. Hoover told him it was alright and he probably would have done the same thing at that age.  From a mom's perspective, that was priceless.
