"Very professional, honest group to work with. When our (ancient) upstairs AC went out, we had someone from one of the big name companies come out. They recommended we replace the unit and quoted us an outrageously high price, even after haggling the various discounts/specials they had going on. We didn’t know any better until I mentioned it to my brother-in-law (who does maintenance work for a living), and something didn’t sit right with him. So, I immediately hopped on Angi and took a chance with Alpha cooling. They came out that same day (a Saturday) for a free consultation and quoted us a price ONE THIRD the price of the other guys. We agreed, they ordered the parts and permit and came back the following Saturday as it was the only time we would be home/available. Excellent communication - kept me informed by text and calls the whole time and overall a good, honest team that will quote you a fair price and not try to scam you for not knowing any better. Needless to say, they will be our first call when the downstairs AC finally gives out - definitely recommend giving them a chance with your hearing/cooling predicament!"
