"We just had an 18 inch snow storm and we never used Nantucket before. We called the night before and they asked just to call later in the afternoon to see if they would be avaibable. I did e-mail and they were quick to respond and sent someone out. They were done within 30 minutes and did a great job with our long, tight driveway and stairs. "The two man team (3 hours) showed up on time as promised. First they told me that the labor didn't include the tools (eg blower etc) but when I told them I confirmed with the office person in advance this was included they brought their tools out. Don't know what the purpose of this move was. Overall the service was great, the two people they sent worked very hard (it was a hot day, very hot) and did a great job but I noticed towards the end of the job about 30 mins before they were already winding down as they also needed to cleanup. Overall very pleased with the price and the service and great people who serviced our landscape"

It wasn't as professional in interaction as I'm used to having with folks. He showed up without any paper or documentation at the house. It wasn't as structured as I'm used to. They did alright, with all that's said and done, they did what we asked them to."
