"I had obtained a quote from another company but decided to go with Trusted because their pricing was great and the people are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
On day of the install, the job was done quickly and efficiently.  Unfortunately, the installer accidently damaged the inside unit during the final check.  He immediately owned up to it, contacted his boss and arrangements were made to come back to totally replace the inside unit with a new one instead of repairing it.  I was still able to use the damaged unit in the interim.  They were very apologetic.  Two days later, they installed the replacement unit.
I am very happy with the work they did as well as guiding me through the initial decisions as to the appropriate sized unit for the garage.  I can't emphasize how nice it is to have a garage I can actually spend time in.

The two men set about very business like . Even when one of their wands  broke, an associate arrived with a replacement quickly, and lost very little time.
The work was done quietly, efficiently. The colors in the couch upholstery returned quickly. The chair is a shade lighter. The leather sectional is more "alive"...They were here and gone within 2 hours and that includes the problem with the equipment.
Very pleasant, professional, quiet, clean and competent.

I call about my heating system today and they started right then trying to locate a technician to repair or as they say replace. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
