"I tried unsuccessfully to find a company to come give me a quote to repair my radius (shaped like a fan) dock. Then I found Eric and his company. His office returned my call that same day and came to see the dock the next morning. The shape of my dock is somewhat irregular so no one seemed to want to touch it but Eric saw that as a challenge and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very clear on what was included in his quote and what might be an additional charge once they pulled up the top boards. His men even went into the water to check underneath to ensure there would be no surprises. Eric and his men were on time every single day and if not he called to tell me why. He is also a perfectionist and used only the highest quality wood. The entire team was very nice as well as professional. They were very communicative as to what they needed to do and kept me informed as to the progress. The price was extremely reasonable and Eric always made sure to explain the charges to me.
