"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. He was patient with me and most importantly he didn t act as if he was wasting his time and assume that I couldn t pay for the system. The system works great and I saw a difference immediately. The system was installed neatly and I although I initially inquired about the water system for bathing and washing only; I also purchased the reverse osmosis system for drinking water.
