They located the part I needed for the repair that same day and came back out the next day to install it. they again arrived on time and even when they discovered another part that was damaged outside of the initial estimate they went back to the shop to get it and installed it free of charge. after all repairs were made they a gained tested the unit and everything ran great. "We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly.
