"From the time they answered the phone they were professional, knowledgeable, emphatic to my situation and had a tech out within 2 hours. They gave me up front pricing and a couple options on how we could go about repairing my furnace. The tech, Jon Krum came out and by days end had a new furnace installed. He made sure he was there when the installation was complete. This made me feel a lot better about my new purchase. They called the following morning to see how the new furnace was working and if I had any questions or concerns. This company from start to finish was Amazing. I will most definitely be a customer for life!"

"They called at 9:00am. The manager came at 12:30pm. He found the problem and determined that the part needed to complete the repair was under warranty. He ordered the part and two days later a repairman repaired the AC unit. Great service!!"

"Send this next month as I am the wife, and my husband could give better input. I know very little about the system as yet, and we are not using all the offerings. Will need to study booklet. Would be helpful if we could have return visit for explanations now that we know enough even to ask questions that we did not have before. It IS a very quiet unit to be sure--thankfully. My husband would have to rate comparative value. He did some "homework" on that."

"The technicians were very nice and courteous. However they only fixed half the problem. When I initially talked with the owner about the problem I stated I had a wet filter and water dripping everywhere. I also stated that I could hear a loud hum when the unit was trying to run. The technicians came and troubleshooted the problem as a bad fan motor and fixed it promptly. I asked if they blew out the drain line and they said yes. A/C Working again so we thought. A couple of days later we had water everywhere again. Found the drain line was still clogged. Talked with the owner and he said they did blew out the line however if the line went into a P-trap they don't repair that as they are not plumbers. The line from the access port T's off and one part runs to the unit and the other runs to the P-trap. So when they blew out the line the air took the path of least resistance and went into the unit. (How do I know, because I did it myself) The line was still plugged and initial problem not fixed. Not wanting to argue I just said thank you and went on. I Googled how to fix the problem and sucked out the line with a wet/dry vac and now the line is clear with no more water problem. I want to be clear that the technicians were nice and pleasant. They did trouble shoot and fix the blower motor however that was only half the problem. The initial call was about the water and hum. Hum fixed water not."

"My air condenser was making a weird noise. They were able to come out the same day. Turns out, it was off balance (I think the roofers knocked it off of its base) and was easily fixed."
