The price was right, the installation was done promptly and carefully, problem areas not on the â to doâ list were taken care of., â ¦.it was a quality job from start to finish. And the best part of the weeks work was getting to know Carlos with his warmth and concern. Iâ m a 96 year old women and my recent experience with some bosses has be a real lack of respect for my questions . Carlos answered everything patiently and cheerfully! There were a few surprises that he found in the attic like old newspapers, letters ect. The best one was a trap door in the tower that opened on a floored area. What for? We made some funny guesses. The crew arrived on time, was professional and very thorough with what they were going to do before starting, communicating during of their progress and then a 'show and tell' after the work was completed.
