Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! He follows through, even when its an issue with a different contractor. He will jump right in and try to remedy whatever the situation is. We met Jim 5 years ago when we moved and needed a bathroom redone. We have had so many things happen since then and he has just been a blessing in my families eyes. "NuLook Home Design provided exemplary service. Working with them was one of the most seamless and customer friendly experiences I have ever had. I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job. When it was completed, they called again and provided the final update. NuLook is extremely professional, efficient and performed a quality job. I received quotes from two other roofing companies, one took several weeks to get back to me. The other needed me to come to their office in Greenbelt, Md to discuss the quote.
