"Roger came and met us to give an intial estimate and we thought he was great. He was on time, informative & educational, and truly professional. He emailed us a quote (broken down into "chunks" so we could decide which projects to tackle first) within a few days, as promised. "They were difficult to get in touch with, as it seemed many people bought the deal.  They finally contacted me via email and then I called once or twice to find out when they could come.  They did come on the date they said they would.  The guys put the bricks back together.  It was done okay, a little lopsided, but I know the deal was only for I believe 4 hours of work, so they did not have a lot of time.  It is fixed, not falling down and hopefully will last.
