Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. "Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. We priced another company to fix our basement wall.  They were over $1,000 higher and the project was going to be much more involved.  It seemed the representative from this company just told us about the most expensive way to solve our problem, no other options.   Foundation Specialist did a lot more research and came up with more than one option and explained the benefits.  Saved us a lot of money and did a great job.
