"Victor described the job he was doing and answered my questions clearly. He works hard and did a great job. Area for improvement. He didn't communicate the days or times that he would come and do the work or finish work – clearly. I had to call to ask where he was and what time and/or day he would come. There were a couple of days in which he was late."

"I needed several things done: 1) Repair a broken anchor that secured shower glass to a half wall. 2) Replace the silicone caulking around the shower glass 3) Adjust shower door so it no longer grazes the half wall upon closure 4) Replace the door sweep They were very responsive in the initial visit to look at the problem and suggested just recaulking to secure the glass. I rejected that idea, as I didn't think it would hold for very long. They made an appointment to return a few days later. They arrived at 10:10 am, made all the repairs and left by 11:40 am. I thought the $800 price was a little steep and there were a few very minor issues, but overall the quality of the work was decent. The minor issues were as follows: 1) There was a lot of old silicone caulk scattered around the room after they left. I'd have liked them to vacuum the room. 2) There were a few places where the silicone was got on the marble and on the metal framing."
