That ethical approach isn't taken by everyone out there, and I think it has made me a loyal fan of his work and Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing as a company. Note: they do encourage you to become a "service member" at a rate of $10/month, in order to remove the dispatch fee ($79) and get some extra free maintenance checks each year. That service membership also gets you about a 10% deduction on parts and labor... so keep that in mind if you're thinking about a high-ticket job."
