"Extremely disappointed in this company. I hired them to repair and resurface our pool deck for $7k. After 3 weeks the paint began to peel and the adhesive began to disbond. They refused to repair the surface even though it was still under their warranty. He claimed the peeling was due to the "science" of weather. After 6 the project looked worse than before we had him fix it. We had to hire an attorney so then he claimed to go out of business and refused to respond to any communications. Be caustious in working with this company."

While some precautions were used to prevent the grass from getting torn up, it wasn't done everywhere and I'm still trying to fix all the undulations that resulted. More importantly, they had the most reasonable quote."

Due to this, we have made it our responsibility to provide our clients with the best possible experience, starting with the initial evaluation and continuing through the final cleanup.

"Sawyer(owner) is expert at his profession. He has some of the best technical team in the business. He is fair, honest, thorough and his work is professional, timely, and turn key. We had serious mold, mildew, dampness, bugs, and impact on our floors and support joists. Sawyer and his team dug around my foundation and installed drainage pipes, those lead to collection areas and then to pumps to expel the rain water runoff. Also the entire crawlspace was sealed and a commercial grade dehumidifier installed. Heavy floor barrier as well. He also installed more lighting and moister monitors. That was just our main house. We also have a 2500 foot guest house where the identical service was installed. That was 5 years ago and it all works beautifully- in fact when I show it to neighbors they say “dam I could bring my sleeping bag and camp out down here”. We’ll guess what my daughter got for Christmas- the same service for her home! Sawyer saved my house from more serious damage and improved our health. I think Crawlspace’s should be outlawed unless Ed built with these features. Whatever you spend you will get it back plus when you sell and know you are living well in the meantime- don’t waste time with rookies and fast Eddie - do it right and sleep better!"
