They were very reasonable on price, with fantastic craftsmanship. Their crew cleaned up after every shift, and they worked incredibly ho*** ** our house. "The only issue I have is with the installation...they didn't do a good job. They broke a few items during the installation that someone had to come back at a later date to fix (screw plug area was cracked, cracked sliding area, and then they said that one of the windows was missing a screw/pin). After they left I found some areas that they did not caulk so they returned a few days later (because it was supposed to rain) to caulk the missed areas. The windows look good and time will tell the quality of the windows themselves. I was also told that if there was any wood rot that this would be addressed/replaced by the installers, however he told me that they do not do that/that a contractor would have to do that (they did find an area with some wood rot and did not replace this wood). I would use window world again but who they contracted with to do this installation was the problem."
