"This company just installed our egress window last Saturday. I cannot say enough good things about this company and this crew of men! 1)They made sure our grass was protected from their large digging equipment. No ruts. 2)They took great pains to protect our basement inside from the water-laden brick cutting process. No water inside at all. 3)They took shoes off before coming into our house. No mud on my floors. 4) Very friendly crew, answered all questions and concerns. 5) Took away all dig up clay to dispose of it. We didnâ t have any cleanup at all. The price we paid was very reasonable, especially with the high quality work they did. I highly recommend this wonderful company!!"

"I had the glass in two sidelight windows replaced. He responded quickly to my request for a quote. He was very good at letting me know the timeline in which the glass would be available to be picked up from the dealer and when he would be available to install it. The final cost was a little bit higher than the quote, but that may be because it took him longer to install it since his assistant was not working with him that day. The replaced windows look great, and I couldn't be happier with the results!"

"I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system).
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us.
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"Leo arrived on time and replaced all the switches and outlets.  He also installed 4 ceiling mount light fixtures upstairs.  Will definitely use Leo again - awaiting a price quote from him on some additional work we had him look at when he was here!
