Gus at Rizzo was the best, I explained the situation and that I was not going to be able to handle any hidden charges that he should give a fair estimate up front since my friend would not have any money to pay more. He did an excellent job for her, he was professional and honorable and she had hot water the same day. I was very happy and she was happy with the work. They updated her system and got it all working for a better price than she had been quoted when she looked!"

"We initially needed a plumber to fix our broken diverter in our main bathroom along with some other plumbing fixes. Chris had given me a quote over the phone which he stuck to. While he was fixing the shower, he noted some "brown" on the shower head. My husband also complained about the water pressure. When they went down to the basement, they saw that the water heater was going to break, since the water was black. He gave us a quote which included a 50 gallon water heater (10 gallons more than what we had) including installation and hauling off our current water heater, which was over 12 years old). "I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"I am very happy that I hired Patience HVAC to replace my hot water heater. I have an oil burner and oil hot water heater. The 18 year old heater was making crackling noises and I was advised by the oil company to replace it. I wanted to convert to a gas hot water heater and tried going through Lowes. However, they only do swap outs if the existing heater is already set up for gas. So I contacted several companies for a quote. Out of all of them, Anthony was the most professional, down to earth and reasonably priced. First, he suggested to explore correcting the issue on the old heater and save me money which was impressive. I decided to proceed with a new gas heater. The quote he gave me was $800 less than the next lowest quote. Anthony sent his workers Caesar and Matt the next day which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite and wore covers on their shoes so to avoid dirtying my house more than necessary. Anthony came later in the day to ensure everything was done correctly. He then offered to call him with any questions even if they were not pertinent to the work they performed. I am extremely impressed with patience HVAC honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. When I am ready to install a ductless air conditioner, I will definitely contact Patience HVAC."
