"I bought a house in St. Pete very quickly under stressful circumstances. I hired Artun, told him what I wanted and then left St. Pete to return to my stressful situation. Artun went above and beyond what was needed to do to make my house look great! He is a perfectionist and fixed problems that he encountered as he went along with my approval. He explained it I said go ahead. He is honest, trustworthy, neat, clean, and does not leave anything undone. He even thinks of things to do because that's what he does. He is prideful of his work because his name is on it and he wants to keep you as a customer. He was my go to guy for everything that had to be done in this house because it was originally put together with "band aids" ! He fixed all the band aids and made it perfect. The extension was put on around 15-20 years ago well before we bought the house. With this situation, we question the quality of the extension's construction. One side wall and the back wall of that section are block walls. The floor in front of that section and floor of the walk-in shower to the other side are quite sound. I suspect this is related to a toilet leak we supposedly had fixed over a year ago. Most likely the wood structure supporting that section also needs to be replaced, as well as some toilet plumbing.
