"I'm happy with the work that was done and the quality of the new screen doors.  The guys who came out seemed to know what they were doing and were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.
My only difficulty was with the scheduling.  I was told it would take no more than 5 business days to get the screens in after they first measured and ordered them.  A week later I called and was told it was usually more than a week.  Then somehow our order was marked complete, and they never came out until 2 more weeks later when I called again.  Not sure what happened there but once they did come out I was happy.

"That turned out okay. They found a leak, which we knew existed. He was able to caulk around that so that it would not leak anymore. The whole inspection and repair took less than an hour. He had the supplies with him. He was a nice guy, pleasant and did what was expected. The only questionable practice was after he found the leak, he suggested that he could caulk the leak and we pay him additional. We did pay $25.00 more for him to do that, but originally he wanted $75.00."
