"We initially were in contact with Mad City to replace our tub and shower surround but decided to hold off on that. We ended up working with Mad City to replace our front bay window, sliding patio door and a kitchen in the window and they were great. The quoting process was very easy and they worked with us on what we could afford to have done at this time. The delivery was as expected as far as timeframe. The installation exceeded our expectations! The install crew was very quick and respectful to our home and cleaned up everything before they left. There were two latches missing during delivery/install but they were in stock the following week and they sent a guy out to install. We would recommend at least talking with Mad City about your window or bath needs."

"After an unfortunate leak on the main level we had water damage in our basement walls as well as around a doorframe. They were prompt in their arrival and handled the removal of debris as well as redoing the drywall, doorframe, texturizing and painting all in a couple of days. They were very knowledgeable and explained their approach and why they were doing what they were and asked for input on any changes or options they had. Would wholly recommend!"

"Everything worked out well. Patrick has a good feel for what he is doing when it comes to plumbing. He came to my home with the parts needed and went to work. He eliminated the amount of time that our water had to be shutdown and he was clean and neat during the installation. He also helped correct some other plumbing issues while he was at our home. His pricing was fare and I didn't feel like he tried to add on extra costs. Did an excellent job overall.
